First time user of rentalcars.com. Chose them as prices extremely competitive. Web booking system easy to use, and payment options secure. Communications very clear and relevant documentation delivered promptly. On arrival at airport car rental area well signposted, hence easy to find. Was dealt with by Hertz in a friendly and very efficient manner. Car provided was nearly new, in superb condition, spotlessly clean, and of a higher specification than expected. Car was faultless during hire period. Return of vehicle was dealt with in the same way as pick up. I would have no hesitation in using this service again.
