On returning from my break I found that I had been charged an amount on my credit card (approx £35) by the hire company for which I had no explanation.
I contacted Rental cars wth my query explaining that I was not expecting any extra charges and forwarded them the information they asked for. Within approximately two weeks I had heard from rental cars. They had not received any reply from the hire company but they refunded the total unexplained chrges without question.

I was very satisfied with the treatment that I received.
