It is very difficult to contact after confirmed booking to resolve issues or either cancel or amendments. are not clear on certain Insurance policy which offer ZERO excess as i found out the hard way i.e it is only applicable for residents of australia hidden in very fine prints. However, I had already booked with ZERO access, I e-mail them and found out that i do not qualify because i am non-Australia resident and their e mail back to me has confirmed that.
Why that I have provided all drivers detail and information of my residential address - continue to take in my contract and telling me this policy is not valid for non resident of australia.I can foresee my policy will not be honored if any claims were to be the result.
Obviously without insurance policy i will have to cancel my car rental but to my disappointment, i cannot cancel thru the website for unknown reason. i had tried for more than 2 days trying to cancel and trying to contact them to chats --nothing works.
I hope carrental would contact me after reading my feedback.
