I have rented a car in Milan via Rental24h, as the price was good. When the car was returned the extra charges amounted to 362.34 Euro. How ever, I was charged for 538.02 Euro by Drivalia. I have written to Drivalia for an explanation and refund but received no response from them. I have open a service ticket at Rental24h on 31 Jul 2023, and received no response from them either. I have again opened 2 service tickets at Rental24h, the last one on 22 Aug 2023, and again received no response from them. At this time, 05 Sep 2023 there are 3 pending complains proclaiming "BEING PROCESSED", but no response. I will not rent from them again!!!

Got a 6. Year old car, 250k millage, visually badly damaged, drove it for 5. Days(rented for 20. Days) and car broke down. 3. days latter still waiting for replacement! Customer service told us to forget about refund and, if not happy, not to use their service again! Sick to my stomach!
