AVOID AVOID AVOID

When collecting vehicle notice it had damage, which was so bad it was dented in every panel. Advised lady at desk who advised this was fine as I had paid for extra insurance and was aware of previous damage. Retuned vehicle three weeks later and was advised all ok. Once being back from holiday realised £400.00 has been deducted from my account for damage not reported? Tried contacting company a number of times but completely denied any English.

I rent a vehicle a least 5 times a year and have been advised by family and friend to avoid this company. Why didn't I ? I will never use again.
