Sensationally appalling customer service encounter with Marbesol in Malaga.

We'd booked and paid for a 5 door car with space for 4x luggage (5 of us travelling together). On our arrival, we were given a 3 door car, and when I queried it, they rudely told me 'a 3 door car should be fine for our needs'. When I insisted that they give me the car type that we'd booked, with 5 doors, we were then given a VW Polo - which on their website clearly states 2x luggage! An hour later after much arguing we finally got a car with 5 doors.

If you're looking for an uneventful, smooth car hire experience, and expect to be given the car you've booked, avoid Marbesol like the plague.
