The car was a higher spec than I’d requested, the desk was busy given a flight had just landed that been said I didn’t see anyone waiting too long or being rushed that speaks highly of good staff training and high quality customer service, drop off was only slightly more problematic but that was due to circumstances outside of the staff control and they were only to helpful in assisting us.
