Booked through web seemingly ok, received a call saying there was no car available 2 hours before flight.

Still charged me £25 insurance take illegally from my card, this was in April 2012 its now Dec 2012 and im yet to received a refund. They keep ignoring my emails and calls.

Fraudulent & thieving. Steer WELL CLEAR

Completely agree- similar experience. Totally unreliable, unprofessional company. Not to be trusted with your cash or plans.
