I was refused to give a car in Dubai and in official statement it was written that my driving license was in local Language. I have scanned my driving license and have sent to holiday autos where it is clearly written in English and even in French text that it is driving license. I was told that during 40 days I will have a respond. meanwhile they refuse to refund me the money for not rented car. lets see how the issue will be proceeded.
