“Bad service”

Very bad attitude to customers. Do not explain all the rules are entered in the contract is not the correct information, remove money from the card after passing cars. I do not recommend to use the services of this company.

1) Contract, terms and conditions are available online, they are also detailed on your voucher ( which you received via email when booking) and finally you must also sign them in your contract upon arrival.
Nevertheless, please feel free to email, call us, or chat in order to sort out any questions you may have in the future.

2) Goldcar carefully follows the processes stated in the terms and conditions, there are no other charges before, during or after dropping off your vehicle.
