Hi Pmort,

Thanks for your feedback, due to flight´s schedules, we get some groups of customers at the same time. In order to
speed up the process, these services are already available:

- Online Check In
- Priority Check

Online Check in allows you to fulfill your personal data from home, without any extra charge, so you won´t spend time at the counter upon arrival.
Priority Check has an extra cost and is available in some local offices, but you won´t have to queue when arriving at all.

Nevertheless, we are still working hard on improving this point in a few local offices, and keeping our competitive prices at the same time.

We will take into consideration your comments and we hope you notice the improvements in a short period of time.

only 1 hour!! we had to wait 2 and a half hour with kids in tow.
