Goldcar has fined me 50 euro because they claim that they were able to put 7 euro more into the tank therefore I did not bring it back full. I filled it up just before returning it and the man who took the car from me confirmed everything is ok. It seems that goldcar can charge what they want and then make the customer responsible for proving them wrong. Never again. Horrible after service. No customer loyalty

We are sorry to hear this. We always check the fuel gauge but we also have dedicated staff that sometimes take the car to the nearest petrol station and tries filling it up. Please note that all this is registered on our internal system.
It is very important to refill the car at the nearest petrol station before delivering it back to us.
