Firefly Car Rental Review

Do not deserve even one star.Car booked through Rentalcars aggregate site on the basis of full to full fuel tank. Upon arrival, I was hassled for about 5 minutes by the rep trying to argue that Firefly fuel policy is full to empty and that my agreement with Rentalcars is superceded by firefly's. He relented only after realising that I wouldn't agree to it. Regrettably, due to mediacal problem, I nedded to cut my holiday short and could not return the car. I called Firefly and they arranged to pick up the car for a 170 EORO fee. I then received a final bill, describing the 170 EURO charge as damage. I called Firely and they admitted that it was a mistake. I asked for an amended invoice - they could not provide one. I asked then for an email to confirm the mistake, as I needed to claim the cost against my travel insurance. They promised to it. A week and four telephone calls later, and they still have not done it.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!
