At arriving at the airport the assistant show us a price twice the original price.
She show us a lot of extra facilities that we not want.
The assistant was hard to understand.
The final bill was not ok a lot of things were added.
I had to pay also for a reservation, this money I get not return, by the original booking on internet was this not mentioned.
The car was filled with fuel, when you bring the car back the fuel tank should be empty. Of course it is impossible the bring a car back with empty fuel tank.
That means the rest of fuel goes in the pocket of Firefly.
Never again with Firefly.
