We have rented a car and we could not take the car at all due to credit card problem. But I have several complaints besides. First-the Firefly company was not at the Bari Airport. As my friend is a wheelchair user I found this as a very unpleasant surprise. It is not fair to sell something if its not available as sold-so pick-up at the airport. Second-the Firefly staff member was not pleasant and after realizing we had credit card problem he simply cancelled me with total indifference. It is clear he couldn't help-but the attitude could have been different. And thirdly-we paid for the reservation with Damage excess refund and never used the service plus didnt get any money back. Now I am back in Germany, holidays mainly ruined ...
