Overall happy.

We have used FASTCarhire 4 times now & on the whole service is satisfactory. This time, less than 24 hrs before we left we were told over the space of 3 hours that the car hire company had changed from Dollar to Hertz to Alamo which was fine but had been left a little late - we were printing the new voucher as we were packing the car!
The time before when we used FASTCarhire we were still chasing the voucher a few days before we left even though we had paid the balance in plenty of time. Despite chasing several times a day we weren't getting a response. The voucher did come through at the last minute again..!
Despite this, we will continue to use them and recommend them as their prices are excellent and the cars are through reputable companies.
Always happy with the cars provided & returns are quick and easy.
The My Message system is not really satisfactory as you're never sure if they're getting the messages as their responses are sometimes a bit slow.
