I never write reviews, but I have made a exception because I am outraged by this companies outrageous behaviour. I will list there poor performance hired 3 weeks in a row but will never go near them again.
1)they took over £30 out of my deposit over 2 weeks for excess miles when I was well under ,so stole my money
2)was told the van was in a mess when I dropped it off and I would be charged next time if it was left this way again ,but it was cleaner when dropped off than when I got in it
3)the attitude to me as a white man was a disgrace ,spoken down to when I questioned the issues I had, but when the speaking to other races who also had issues they where polite and courteous,
4)felt unwelcome and like an inconvenience to the staff who's whole customer service was outrageously poor
I would have used them ever week of the year but they have lost me forever
