DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Took nearly an hour to get vehicle, when we did get it all along one side was scored and dented as was the back, it was filthy inside, including dog hairs and chocolate on the seat. When I told assistant we were not taking it not only did she do the eye roll but I was told they don't do refunds. It took them nearly an hour to clean it. Did not get shown any controls etc. Phoned customer service to complain only to be told that your not allowed to complain until AFTER the rental has finished.
