I was at Dublin Airport yesterday and I was refused to be given the car I had paid for online. The rep was inhumane and he asked for 25 euro more per day but then he said he could make it 15 euro per day... Then he refused to give me the car but they are not going to refund my money... Shocking and disgraceful... Some people just indulge in having power over other people and have no scruples causing them economical damage. On the top of that I paid 55 euro in taxi to go to the airport and back to my house and this was an emergency as my own car broke down and I had rented one to get me into work at a time of the year where there are three yellow weather warnings in place... No humanity!!!
