Enterprise car hire Blackburn

Incompetent service, left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing, lengthy paperwork on initial collection, pick you up person got lost and couldn't find us and the branch is less than 1 mile away,she phoned from the next avenue and still couldn't find us!
The Manager of the branch doesn't listen, calls to ask questions he has asked two days earlier and doest know where the case is up to?

Just cannot wait for this Vehicle to go back and never speak to enterprise car hire again!
