For a recent holiday in Turkey, booked an automatic 4 WD and was offered a manual car with no other option available for hours after our scheduled pickup time and date. Given that the booking was made over a month before the pick-up day, it’s hard to understand what the issue was. Also, some offices open shorter hours than more major car hire companies. Cheaper than some companies but poorly organised – go with a more mainstream group you can rely on.
