We recently hired a Vauxhall Insignia from Enterprise at Ipswich.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the car was great with just a couple of scuffs.

The downsides were that their site and paperwork needs to make more clear that you need to take proof of address and licence counter-part. We only had my photo licence and had to get someone out to bring the rest :(

The only other bugbear would have been the cost of the excess waiver but we took out a separate waiver cover which cost us much less.
