My license is not a full year until the 13th of Feb so I was finding it really hard. Until i came across this little gem of company. I called the helpline and a very friendly girl i think Beth was her name sorted out the reservation for me and everything and went through what to expect as this is my first time to hire a car.
Very happy at this moment as i travel on Friday the 31st to surprise my girlfriend who has gone back to college. I hope the car runs well and I'm not caught for any hidden charges however.

Just in case you don't see my comment, I think he's celebrating too early as initial phone contact and pick up is a dream, it's when you return the car you realise you've been jacked up, ripped off and totally stuffed. Read the rest of the reviews, everyone can't be lying, it's disgusting.

Nope Nannywonga i got to stansted airport found the car rental very easily, it was lashing outside and their rep met me at the end of the poly tunnel with an umbrella, brought me to the car rental storage asked what i drive at home (a Golf) and a golf was giving to me. Returned it early on Sunday morning to a pleasant but tired Rep who did the once over gave the keys back and proceeded to the airport, three days later the deposit was in my account again. Then again people do only complain when something bad has happened really don't they?

I should wait until you take the car back to celebrate, the initial phone contact and pick up are a dream but when you take the car back is when the night mare starts.......
