“Very bad experience!!!!”

The manager said one thing and they do other thing...One say one price and charged us latter on a different price!! Manger of the Euston promise to take care of the issue and that we would not pay the extra and after couple of weeks say he did not say that! We received writing confirmation to pick up the car from one location just to discover they do not actually have the car we needed (for number of people)!! So needed to travel with all the family and hour and a half to another of their offices!! Do not do it to yourself and just rent from others!!!!
