World Class Service

I have hired from Enterprise 6 times in the past 12 moths for trips out with the grand children, i have just returned a vehicle after a week hire as my wife and i decided to have a break on our own this time, i have always found my local Bolton branch friendly and helpful each time, in all the 6 hires i have only had one minor issue, where i could not have the grade of car i wanted, but the car we got was ok, The staff and Manager at my branch are very courteous, professional and helpful bunch, i work in Hotels, so i know all about hospitality and service and the service my Bolton Branch give is World Class, so now i look forward to hiring again for our trips out in 2014, i have never had a bad car, so if the people on here get upset if enterprise get upset if you damage their cars, just think what you would do if someone damaged your own vehicle.
