I have been renting car with enterprise regularly for 2 years now and every time u showed them scratches in the car they said to me that is not important and they just looking for dent bigger than a golf ball so didn't say nothing this time when I notice a scratch on the front bumper! But when I returned the car they said to me that the scratch was not here yesterday and they didn't put nothing on the paper. And without any details just took £500 more without my authorisation! I don't mind paying if it is my fault but for something I didn't do that is not fair! I think they should write every single marks in the car! I won't rent with them again and don't recommend anyone to rent with them they are a total jokes and I can see that I am not the only one in the same case! I have been really disappointed by them. And that was the Inverness branch

Hi, The branch was Inverness in Scotland!
And I rented a Peugeot 508 for the one day in the 16th of septembre to the 17th of septembre.
The reservation number was 140674612.
And thank you for your reply!
And just to let you know I work in a hotel as a manager and sent all my customers to you and I don't think I will recommend it again.
