Poor costumers service,at least in the branch I went.
The deposit is a legal scheme,200 pound deposit that you pay,with the promise you get back at the day you return the car....not true.
I asked more than once about it....gave them back the car ...and the deposit...3 working day...
Is a not go in there.
thinking of sue them,have a plenty of time to waste.
