“Very poor customer service”

Hired a van for 2 weeks no complaints about the vehicle ,but watch out for the extra charges. We were over charged £180 . After numerous phone calls to their office we were told their computer system was down. On return of the van we were made to feel them over charging us was our fault not theirs. As they didn't even realise they had even over charged us in the first place. So please check your bank statement against your bill.
