Dover base. We came from France in a hire car and were to drop off at enterprise with a taxi to a nearby firm. As the taxi hadn't shown up and we had a lot of luggage with a disabled child, even though the other company was within walking distance they packed us into a car and drove us over the road. Friendly and accommodating. The relief on our faces must have said it all. Wonderful service, above and beyond what they needed to do. Would highly recommend.
