We had made a reservation through the web for two cars ; one was of lesser standard than the other ; and when we picked up the cars at the front desk, we were kindly offered an upgrade on the smallest car !
Besides he was very professional, both on collection and return of the vehicles.
We'll definitely not hesitate using Enterprise again.
