“Bad Experience with their Car Documentation”

I hired a car from Enterprise/Atesa in Valencia airport in April 2013. Pick up and Car were all okay. When I dropped the car there was no one to receive it or at the kiosk. I dropped the keys in the drop-off box but not the car documentation as I thought that it belonged to me.

A month later I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. They had charged me about 150Euros for not returning the documentation.
No one had pointed this out to me at pick-up or even drop-off.

Hence be warned if you ever want to hire a car from them.

They are now not replying to any of my emails and are refusing to drop the charge. They are also refusing my offer of sending them the documentation.

It is a shame as the car and pick-up went smoothly!

I would not use them again.
