We hire a car online 6 months in advance for a holiday we were going to have in the USA but some unfortunate events happened in the meantime and were had to cancel our holiday. I contacted Elephant and they cancelled our booking straight away. There was no hassle and they gave a full refund which I received in a matter of days. I only wish the airliner we booked with gave the same customer service levels! Thanks for being understanding and we will defiantly book with you again.
