IF YOU LIVE IN USA DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Their web page states that local taxes are included in the rental price! THEY ARE NOT! We were charged an additional $74.40 in taxes upon picking up our car. Of course we had to pay it or lose the prepaid rental charge! In addition a international service charge for this transaction was added to our credit card, to do business with this company. AND just try to even get in touch with them.....going on 1 hour 45 minutes at two different numbers...NO ANSWER.
The rental company is a third party and has no recourse for this transaction.
Just go directly to them (FOX) it was a brand new car. However they need to update their vehicle descriptions to include whether they are 4 wheel drive.
We were driving through the mountains in winter and specifically wanted
a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We rented a SUV, paying more and it was not ...so of course paid an upcharge for that as well for an additional $15 + tax/day.

Thank you! I never did actually get to speak with a rep since I was on hold over 1/2 hour. I was wondering why it was sooo much cheaper. You saved me a bundle and a lot of time!
