The car was clean and in excellent condition, once I found the office at Rome Airport, which is not at all well sign-posted and some distance from the building. The young lady in the office was efficiency itself, and the man outside who led me to my machine, put the bags in the boot and checked with me for flaws in the vehicle was quick and courteous and wasted no time in seeing me on my way. Rome is well sign-posted, and in no time I was heading into town. I did 800 km in my 17 days with the machine, and suffered no problems whatever. It took only minutes to return it at the end of my trip, and the fuel was charged fairly to my credit card afterwards.
I would happily use this service anywhere at any time. The price I paid was very reasonable.
