Got a car at Bari airport via Locauto with whom have hired previously. Good clean car with no probs. Benefit was cheap price through ECarz ( 70% of cost with other suppliers)

Easy to booking a car, to collect your car and drop it. Excellent service

Much cheaper than buying direct from europcar- easy pick up and drop off . Only issue was first 2 cars I was provided with had u recorded damage so I changed before taking cars. Dread to think what would have happened if I hadn’t checked and noticed the damage !!

Got to choose our car and we picked a fairly new model with low miles. Car was clean and fresh. Everything worked. Very happy with our holiday car.

Easy to collect, busy at the airport,plenty of staff on the desk to assist. Drop off quick,efficient. Didn't like the first car, changed it no issues.

Good value for money. Full to full petrol. Still not happy with hard sell on excess insurance despite informing staff that I had organised independently.

The booking process was relatively easy and came up with a good price. All the details were sent through in an email in very easy to understand terms. On arrival the booking process and pickup was very easy and efficient. We even got upgraded so that was a bonus. The car (Hyundai Tucson) was in good condition and very easy to drive. Returning the car was also handled very efficiently. We would definitely book with Ecarz again in the future. Thoroughly recommended.

Very easy to book. Collection and drop off very straightforward. No pushy sales person trying to sell extras. Very reasonable price. The shuttle service was very quick and straightforward as was the driver of minibus. Helped everyone with their cases. A very efficient service.

Car was brilliant. Easy book, pay, collect and use. All very easy. Just got a bit lost at the airport bringing it back. Drop off was some distance from the terminal and it was raining. We also had a wheelchair. W got wet. Just picking really. Other than that it was all great.

Bournemouth car hire is more convenient than many UK large airports as it is very conveniently located near terminal. So it is easy to collect car and be on the way quickly as proved to be the case. The rental was expected so also speedy and because I like to drive a small car was very happy to be allocated a nearly new Twingo. All good.

Car wasn't available when we arrived & we were told we would need to wait 4-5 hrs for car. (Not what you want to hear after 20+ hrs travelling. ) They offered to take us to city hotel but we were going very 2.5 hrs south to my sister. Gave us a free upgrade& car was fantastic.

Great Car Hire. Only problem was at the airport to collect, they wanted the Visa Card I used to charge a large deposit and another for the fuel. Unfortunately I have a Visa card contactless and could not remember the PIN! Tried to get a wifi signal on phone then had to wait for EE to give me a 3G signal.

The Alamo desk was well staffed so I had a very short wait. By comparison the Dollar desk had a 1hr long queue. There was a choice of upgrade cars which was a nice surprise so I took my pick of a new Jeep model. Returning with the tank FULL was easy due to several nearby gas stations. On return they just read the fuel gauge and give you a receipt. You are meant to keep your own fuel receipt from a garage within 10 miles to prove you actually filled it up - that's if you are asked to prove it - on my hire they just checked it was full and waived me on. Full to Full is the best method.
