If you want a less painfull experience saw your arm off.
Booked through rentalcars.com in the UK.
1 hour wait in line as 2 staff out of 4 disappeared when the line/queue started getting longer.
Horrible staff that wanted to charge $12 per day per car seat for our 3 children even though Dollar helpline said they were free. The 2 booster seats are only $12.99 to buy in Walmart. When I said we would go to Walmart and buy them the 'assistant' said he would not give us a car key as we would be breaking the state law.
We had the usual attempt to sell us a variety of other insurances (life, mosquito, drowning, breakdown, stray cat insurance. Bloody joke, It just went on and on.)
After 1 hour in line and 30 minutes refusing other sales offers, negotiating cheaper car seats we went to the parking lot to be told....
....we have no 7 seat cars. We could have a smaller one for the same price and come back the next day to change it. We booked 167 days in advance and the car wasn't even available. Before I committed a federal crime in the first degree, my wife
wife stepped in and shredded a man called C*rlos. A car appeared round the corner about 15 minutes later.
2 hours of my life wasted with these A.
Holes.
