very poor service

i looked online for a price for a weeks car hire (thought i had selected a renault clio)! the price listed on screen was 136.00 euros, because the web site said the price was all inclusive, i pressed book and requested the pre-pay option so i knew all was sorted prior to our holiday. when i checked my online statement, i found that they had debited my account by 179.99 euros not 136.00. when i queried this by email, gues what..... no response. when we arrived to collect the car, we were told we had to pay a further 70.00 euros for fuel. (incidentally, these cars hold a maximum of 45.00 euros worth of fuel) the terms and conditions clearly state that "fuel policies vary and that your individual policy would be as stated on the rental voucher" my voucher said ALL INCLUSIVE FULL / EMPTY. we argued this with the employee who was serving us, she agreed that my paperwork and the bill stated 136.00 euros, however they had charged us 179.99 and now we had to pay a further 70.00 euros, we were told that if we did not pay the 70 euros, they would not release the car to us and we would not receive a refund either!!! after about an hour, we paid the 70.00 euros and left. we returned the vehicle a week later and on my return, i emailed all my documents etc to do you spain. they have come up with every excuse in the book as to why we have been a) overcharged and b) charged for fuel that should have been included. to my horror, they have offered me a discount for the overcharged amount off my next booking!!! is this not an admission of an error on their part?

there is no way on this earth i would use this company nor would i recommend them to anyone - what they are doing is borderline illegal.

please DO NOT EVERY USE THIS COMPANY they are crooks of the worst kind!!!
