I used Top Cars for 2 weeks between July & August 2016 - and I recommend it.
Advantages:
- No prepayment required
- Good email / phone communication
- They were waiting for me at the airport arrival gate with my name on the card at 11;00 pm
- The car (Corsa) was completly new
- The rental procedure was extremly simply and short. In comparison - in the meantime I rented for 2 days car in Igoumenitsa Green Motion. I had to spent 1/2 hour in the office to fulfill the procedures, however everything was booked via interned and coverd with credit card
- The return procedure was much more simply and short.
Area to improve:
The car is allowed (due insurance) only for Corfu - no ferry transfer. They have no option for this issue, but they could have.
