I booked through 121 car hire because the front page told me that CDW was included. When I completed the booking process the "terms and conditions" informed me that it was not. So now I'm confused and will need to go through the additional steps to verify exactly what my coverage is. The price and booking process I was happy with, so I'm hoping this'll be straightforward.
