Absolutely no complaints so far, very reasonable price and easy booking process. I did only book the vehicle yesterday, so I'm still waiting to see exactly how good everything is when I collect the car in three weeks. As far as the booking process goes, I'm getting an email in the next 72 hours confirming the booking and where. It would have been nice when it was booked to know where I'm collecting it from (shuttle? Terminal?). So far, so good ...
