Just booked a car for a week from Heathrow. Simple site. Clear offers and pricing for each car type. Not entirely clear just who is providing the car until the end, but does that matter? They do say that pickup is off-airport, but only after you book do you discover you have to pay to take Heathrow hotel shuttle. Still works out cheaper than other hire car, but a bit annoying and would add up for a family of 4 or 5. Overall though, good so far.
