I arrived in Barcelona airport on Thursday May 1st, went to the Firefly cabin
in the parking area and waited two hours and five minutes standing in the car park in a Q before I could get my car. Then I get a car that is full of scratches.
The only communication from the Firefly people came when one of the Firefly people asked the long Q to move in another direction as the Q was effecting car movement. The cabin was a Hertz cabin with a Firefly sign on top so
Hertz must think this service is ok.
The day was quite hot and some people were feeling ill standing in the sun.
Stay away from them.
