Having used Carjet several times before, I used them again recently to hire a car for pick up on arrival at Palma airport. The company being used was Goldcar. The queue was about 40 long and it took as long to wait for the pick up as it did to fly from Bristol. Not only that they bullied you to take top-up insurance and offered you the chance to jump the queue for an extra 30 euros. This on top of 100 euros for a full tank.
On return I contacted Carjet who have not even had the decency to reply to my suggestion that they stop using this company again.
Next time I do my own hiring.

I have also just had problems with Carjet and Goldcar. Goldcar took an authorised payment on our credit card in January and Carjet have done virtually nothing to help sort this out for us. I sent them the link for the reviews on Goldcar but they ignored it. I used Carjet for years, but as a result of this I won't be using them again, or recommending them. Another thing, if you take Carjet insurance don't be fooled into thinking that your only extra charge to the car hire company will be the petrol - Admin charges etc soon add up and it ends up costing MORE and you have to leave a 600 Euro deposit on your credit card. Don't use Carjet and if you do, don't take their insurance!!
