Having had a van booked since August, I am informed late today that Avis not have the vehicle for me! After total stress phoning around at the last minute I now have to explain to close friends that we cannot help them move house tomorrow. This is not poor service, it is pathetic. You have totally failed not only me but my friends, who now have a stressful weekend in store. Abject service- and you already have a deposit from me.
