The clerk working in the counter was very rude. It was my first time renting a car in US and she was not very interesting about giving any information. She was very upset that I was to have an extra driver, even if I had already ordered that as an extra when I ordered the car. It seemed she was almost about to refuse us this even if all papers where in order. But she gave in.y The good thing was that she did not try to push many extras on me, only some, but neither did she inform me of the extras that was to come. They gave wrong information about where the car was located. And the lady in the parking lot didn't want to help me either to locate the car. Even when I am a Avis Preferred member. finally we found the car, and car itself was good. Though upon return the lady that received that car did not talk to us at all. She just handed us a receipt. When I looked at it the price was higher than what it showed upon pick-up. But the receipt was very confusing made together so it was difficult to understand what the extras what. But apparently it was extra sub-charges they claimed I had agreed to at pick-up. Enough said I am not using Avis US again, perhaps not Avis Europe either.
