“shocked once again”

went to Orlando on holiday and booked with Avis through British Airways..
I asked British airways to check that every insurance I would need was included as i had used Avis before and got ripped off,, they phoned Avis themselves to check and came back with a yes to all insurances

so arrived at Avis desk in Orlando airport only to be told they didn't have the car I asked for but I could upgrade at $15 per day which I said I want the car I had paid for he then dropped price to $7 per day and I still refused so I finished up with car in same group according to him then I was told I needed more insurance and when I explained to him that Avis UK said I had full insurance he said I was missing some which they didn't include this end so ended up paying a extra $106 for peace of mind

then when I got to car it was way to small for 3 adults and 3 large cases so ended up at Avis garage desk and when I told them I needed a bigger car and had asked for a ford escape from the start he produced the very same car I was already told they didn't have so totally screwed up start of what should have been a great holiday....short story is stay well clear of this lot in Orlando major rip off
