No service customer at all.
we had a problem with one of its partners Sado Rent in Lisbon, because of the conditions of car delivery. the car we booked wasn't available, they said it was anyway better for us. then we had to wait for them to bring the car. we were allowed to check it with poor light conditions, outside, covered with rain, without enough room to look all around as it was in a very chaotic part of the airport, along the road, wíth several cars passing by. Not seeing a previous damage, we pointed it right away the next morning and lost our time to show it to the company. of course, you sign the contract, you sign the caution, so you are left at their mercy. Almost empty tank, having to search for a gas station right away. Atlas didn't ever reply to our contacts. Lack of respect for the customer from both sides. So you better book from a reliable company. Bargains should make you think twice before taking them. Unfortunately we had to learn it the hard way.
