Car collected was covered in marks and well used (35,000 mile) but becaus it was gone midnight when car collected I did not realise the air conditioning wasnt working until the next day. Temperatures wer in the mid to high 30's so phoned Lisbon office but couldn't get through (constantly went to answerphone which was full so I was unable to leave a message). EVentually insisted ARgus contact htem whilst I was on the phone (a 14 minute call on a mobile). Argus instructed me to return car to Lisbon, I said they needed to deliver a replacement car to me, which they refused to do. I was not going to spend half a day of my holiday taking the car back. Now various e-mails being exchanegd trying to obtain partial refund but seems nobody is taking ownership of the situation. Not a good experience, avoid Argus/Cartrawler at all costs
