I rented a car through this company and to my surprise when I came to the counter to pick up my car it was denied to me because they requested an "international drivers license" so I called AirportRentals and they got me a car with another rental car company. However this new rental was $450 (original was about $300 for the whole period) so $150 more expensive. Over the phone they said they would refund the difference. However, when I came back home and filled the complaint (which they took almost 20 days to reply to) they said that the website asked where the drivers license was from and that I entered it wrong. This is all just lies. The website does ask where the DRIVER is FROM. It DOES NOT specifically ask about the drivers license. I live in Brazil, and so is my credit card, so I entered Brazil. According to them I should have entered Argentina which is where I got my drivers license. That was NOT clear at all. If they did NOT ask the right question, I do not understand how I can be held responsible for a mistake which simply was not mine.

THEY ONLY REPLY TO MESSAGES AFTER 20 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM.

PEOPLE BEWARE! If everything goes smoothly, they are fine and educated people. But IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL SIMPLY NOT HELP YOU AT ALL.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE!
