TERRIBLE COMPANY -REFUSED SAME DAY REFUND

Deceptive Unethical AirportRentals.com refused to refund a $30 Credit Card "deposit" when I cancelled the reservation same day it was made. They claim the rental terms and conditions allow them to keep the deposit. Complete Bull. The full terms and conditions for refund follow.

In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle."
